All our food is prepared and cooked right here in our restaurant. Every piece of meat is hand-rubbed with our top-secret blend of seasonings. After preparations are complete, the meat is loaded into our custom-made smoker and smoked for a l-o-o-o-o-n-g time. Believe us, it can do some smoking. We can cook about 30 Racks of Ribs, 45 Racks of Baby Back Ribs, 20 Boston Butts, 10 Turkeys, 30 Whole Chickens, 90 Half Chickens, or 20 (12lb) Briskets…at one time!! That is why our barbecue is so unique.
